This is the real intercom handset that crew used onboard for in‑flight communication, announcements and talking between cabin stations. Delivery information
We endeavour to dispatch orders within two business days of receipt, but this may sometimes take a little longer in particularly busy periods (note that we do not dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or on UK public holidays). In general, small packages up to 2kg are shipped Royal Mail First Class Signed-For and should be with you in 3–5 business days following dispatch. Larger/heavier items we ship using TNT, who will send you their own email with tracking information once collected from us. Larger/heavier items will usually be with you within 48 hours of dispatch.
